*Note: The Fall 2025 Season is designed to prepare players for the level they will play in Spring 2026. If you played Spring T-Ball, you WILL NEED a new uniform as this level plays in the York County Baseball League. Please make sure you are selecting the correct option!
All players are expected to play in their respective level determined by their age as of 5/1/26. Exceptions will only be made with approval of EYRA. An evaluation may be conducted to make assessments and balance teams.
Our goal is to give every child the opportunity to play the sport of baseball. All registered by July 15 will be placed on a team. At that time, we will assess our numbers and determine availability. Late registration will remain open until July 29 (late fees apply). As team rosters fill, registration will close and you will be placed on a wait list. If registration numbers allow, we will create another team within this age level.
Fall Baseball begins mid-August and ends mid/late October. Teams typically practice twice per week. Games will be scheduled on Saturdays and/or Sundays beginning the weekend after Labor Day and run weekends until mid/late October. 8U plays single games scheduled by the York County Baseball League.
HOME FIELD LOCATIONS: Ballfields in Craley, Wrightsville and Hellam
EQUIPMENT: Players are encouraged to have their own glove, batting helmet and bat; however, items will be available for use during the season.
UNIFORM - Players who played in Spring 2025 WILL NOT receive a new uniform. If you would like a new uniform, please select NEW PLAYER (Needs Uniform) registration option. If you played Spring T-Ball, you are considered a NEW PLAYER and WILL NEED a new uniform. Please make sure you are selecting the correct option!
Fees until 7/15:
Residents of Hallam Borough, Hellam Twp & Lower Windsor Twp: $70; Non-Resident: $80
Sibling Discount - $15 discount for 2nd, 3rd, 4th players only
Late Fee: $20 - applied to registrations received after July 15
VOLUNTEERING/FUNDRAISING - We ask each family to do their share in terms of fundraising and volunteering when opportunities are announced.
SPECIAL REQUESTS: If you have any requests, please let us know at this time. We will do our best to honor requests if the circumstances allow.

VOLUNTEERS
To comply with Pennsylvania Law, all volunteers, coaches, assistant coaches, and parents who regularly help with Eastern York Recreation Authority (EYRA) youth programs must submit the required documents to EYRA prior to functioning in those positions.
In accordance with PA Act 153, also known as the PA Child Protective Services Law, all EYRA volunteers are required to submit background check clearances.
